Brett Farbstein, LEED AP BD+C, CEM, IGSHPA, CBCP and John Cukro of AKF will be presenting "Commissioning and Testing for O&M" at the NEBFM' 12 Conference on Thursday, June 7 (11:30am - 12:30pm). The presentation will explain what is meant by Retro-Commissioning, Ongoing Commissioning and Predictive Maintenance Testing and address the value of incorporating these into a Facility O&M program.

The presentation will focus on Energy Benchmarking – "Leadership's Guide to Cost Effective Implementation of Campus Building Sub-metering Program."
