141 Willoughby Wins ACEC NY Award

We are excited to share that AKF's MEP/FP design of 141 Willoughby was recognized with an ACEC New York Engineering Excellence Award! Helping redefine Downtown Brooklyn as a hub for culture and creativity, 141 Willoughby is a new 400,000 SF, 25-story Class A office building. Existing technologies were applied to push new boundaries and meet LEED v4 Core and Shell Gold certification and WELL Building Core standards!
