Announcing the ELA Class of 2023

We wish a warm welcome to the accomplished individuals joining the Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) class of 2023! The ELA is an internal training program designed to cultivate talent and empower future leaders within the firm. Over the next six months, participants will engage in seminars and workshops aimed at fostering insights into leadership, mentorship, and the business side of the AEC industry. This year’s class includes employees from AKF, Turner Construction Company, and Vocon.
