Sustainable Energy Fund Net Zero Office Building featured in Green Building and Design

Though the Sustainable Energy Fund's new net zero office building in Schnecksville, PA hasn't yet had a chance to reach its full potential due to the pandemic, it serves as proof that energy positive commercial spaces can be fiscally and physically feasible. Sustainable systems designed by AKF, along with a super insulated building envelope designed to rigorous Passive House standards by Ashley McGraw Architects, will enable the building to generate 130% of annual energy needs onsite.
